Marketing Events Coordinator - Ft. Knox, KY - US ARMY - MARKETING EVENTS

SofTec Solutions, Inc., www.softecinc.com) has a full-time position open for a marketing and events coordinator located in Ft. Knox, KY.
The employee shall perform event and marketing services for the US Army. The candidate will be responsible for local event programs to maximize contact with prospects, Centers of Influence (COIs), and generate recruitment leads for Army Recruiters. The employee shall travel to and from these locations on a regular basis to support events that take place during the week and on weekends. The employee shall adjust their work week to fit the needs of the Government.

Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Develop schedules, logistical plans,
• Coordinate transportation, and facilitate meetings with venue, contractor and government representatives.
• Event and marketing personnel may be added and/or deleted as government requirements dictate.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Education and/or Experience:
The contractor employees shall hold, at a minimum, a Bachelor of Science Degree (BS) or Bachelor of Arts
Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or have a minimum of 3 years documented experience working for
a marketing, public relations, or event planning firm.
At least four (4) years experience is recommended for this position. A minimum of two (2) years should be specialized.
Language Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communications skills are critical (especially phone and email) to successful performance.
