We are currently seeking qualified applicants for an Administrative Assistant position located at the corporate office in Englewood, CO. This is a full-time regular position with benefits.

POSITION PURPOSE:
This position will provide administrative support to two departments – Federal Business Development and Human Resources. Work will include routine tasks as well as ad hoc requests in support of both departments. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The chosen candidate will support the Federal Support Services Division in the following areas:
• Conduct online research related to business development.
• Provide technical writing support related to marketing materials, proposals, etc.
• Create graphics for business proposals, covers, and CD labels
• Prepare proposals for submission (print and put in binders with tabs, etc)
• Research proposal instructions and requirements for specific information.
Human Resources functions will include, but will not be limited to:
• Update forms and documents.
• Assist with monthly insurance billing reports.
• Prepare new hire files and paperwork.
• Assist with responding to unemployment claims, employment verifications and security background checks.
• Create Google employee quarterly surveys; collect and organize data from quarterly surveys.
• Assist with the creation and development of the annual company IT salary guide. Utilize graphics software to create the graphics and guide layout, etc.
• Assist with job postings, candidate communications for interviews, new hire process, etc.
• Maintain employee files and assist with other HR file maintenance.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical degree program
• 6 months - 2 years related administrative work experience
• A good understanding of technology related terms preferred
• Must be internet savvy
• Strong analytical skills
• Must be intuitive and have the ability to work on tasks and projects with minimal direction
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office products
• Graphic design experience highly desired to include Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Above average writing and grammar skills
• Must be a resourceful problem solver, take initiative and multi-task oriented
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented
• Requires basic interpersonal skills in order to work harmoniously with others
